我要舉起救恩的杯稱頌耶和華，
I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD,
在萬民面前向主祢還願，
I will pay my vows to You LORD in the presence of all Your people,
以感恩為祭獻給主祢，
I will offer a thanksgiving sacrifice to You LORD,
拿甚麼報答主厚愛？
What shall I return to the LORD for His love?
我要舉起救恩的杯稱頌耶和華，

在萬民面前向主祢還願，
I will pay my vows to You LORD in the presence of all Your people,
來舉手屈膝跪拜，
Come lift up our hands and bow in worship,
呈獻歌聲讚頌祢！
to You we offer our praise!

主聽了我的禱告，
The LORD heard my prayer,
患難裡，聽了我的呼喊！
In my sufferings, He heard my cry!
絕處裡困苦，災禍衝擊我，
I suffer in despair when conflicts and threats arise,
沒有祢，怎麼跨過？
How can I overcome without You?
（靠祢我可跨過！）
(With You I can overcome!)
主永遠不丟棄我，
The LORD never abandons me,
哪管對或錯，依舊守護著我；
Be it right or wrong, You still protect me;
慈愛不變，以恩典環抱著我，
Your love never fails, Your grace enfolds me,
容我獻上感恩的祭！
LORD, please accept my thank offering!
